Cancellation prior to 28 days before arrival is a free cancellation, except for non-refundable bookings.
Within 28 days of arrival, cancellation with be the full amount of deposit paid at time of booking.
At 14 Days prior to arrival, full booking value of the booking is payable and if cancelled 50% of the booking will be refunded.
If cancelled with in the 14 days, we will endeavor to resell, part or all of the booking, then refund the amount paid by new booking, this does not include non-refundable bookings. Season Christmas, New Year, and January School Holidays $800 Deposit Bookings cancelled prior to 1st November will receive a full refund. The balance of the booking is required on the 1st November. Bookings that are cancelled after this date will forfeit the full amount paid. After the 1st of November no changes or cancellations are accepted.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.
Yes, all apartments include carparking in our secure underground parking area.
Absolutely – complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, inside our In-House movie Theatre and the Executive Lounge.
We’re located directly opposite Kirra Beach, just steps from the sand and surf.
Here at Nirvana, we don’t offer airport transfers. However, our team can certainly assist in providing information about local transport options.
